A Few Words

About Me

Sahithya Devaraj

M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology

My work has included hands-on clinical practice in both hospital and rehabilitation settings, where I have supported individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Currently, I offer virtual counseling and therapy, providing a confidential and structured space for clients to explore their concerns, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals.

Over the years, I have worked closely with clients navigating:
Anxiety & Panic: Supporting individuals in managing overthinking, excessive worry, and panic responses by helping them develop practical tools for emotional regulation and stability.

Depression: Working with clients experiencing low mood, lack of motivation, and emotional disconnection, helping them gradually rebuild a sense of purpose, energy, and engagement with life.

Relationship Issues: Assisting individuals and couples dealing with communication challenges, emotional distance, intimacy concerns, and experiences such as breakups, divorce, and trust-related difficulties.

PTSD & Trauma: Providing trauma-informed care to help clients process past experiences, reduce distress, and regain a sense of safety and control in their present lives.

My experience across clinical and rehabilitation environments has given me practical, hands-on insight into the complexities people face, allowing me to approach each client with depth, sensitivity, and professionalism.

I believe therapy is not just about addressing difficulties, it is about creating a space where you can understand yourself more clearly, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
